Purpose of the role
To maximise the return from our existing customer base. This will be done through outbound calls to welcome new players to the site, reactivating lapsed players and managing high value accounts effectively. Tau Gaming is seeking a candidate who is ambitious, commercially astute, hardworking and diligent, who will be excited by working in a fast-paced and ever-changing start-up environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calls to customers
  • Managing VIP communications
  • Capturing customer information and feedback
  • Promoting exclusive offers to customers 
  • Improving existing scripts to maximise conversion
  • Developing call scripts to target new customer segments
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Telesales/Telemarketing role or equivalent, with a high volume of outbound calls
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Resilient, tenacious and hard working
  • Intelligence with the ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly
Helpful but not essential:
  • Experience of the gambling sector
  • Understanding of gaming products, particularly casino, slots and bingo, in the wider marketplace
